Terms of use

These terms apply to bookings at Ofyce, run by Ofyce, B-938, Gera's Imperium Gateway, opp. Nashik Phata Metro Station, Mumbai-Pune Road, Kasarwadi, Pune 411034.

• Bookings are for the space, date and time shown on your booking page. Please bring a valid photo ID.
• Online bookings are held for 20 minutes until payment. Pay-at-desk bookings are released if you have not checked in a while after the start time.
• Prices are shown including GST.
• Monthly desks and virtual office plans start after we verify your documents and you sign our agreement. Those plans are governed by that agreement.
• Please respect other members: keep noise down in shared areas, take long calls in the meeting room, and leave the room on time.
• We may refuse or end access for unsafe, unlawful or disruptive behaviour. Fees for unused time may be refunded at our discretion.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation policy.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in shared areas.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
