Ofyce ("we") runs Ofyce. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email when you book; company name and GSTIN if you give them; and, for monthly and virtual office plans, the identity and company documents the law requires us to keep. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Why

To manage your booking, issue invoices and agreements, contact you about your booking on WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run bookings and payments, and with authorities when the law requires it. Data is stored on secure servers in India and kept only as long as needed for these purposes and the law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@ofyce.in, subject to records we must keep by law.
