Cancellation and refunds

• Day passes: full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booking day.
• Meeting rooms: full refund if cancelled at least 4 hours before the start time.
• Monthly desks: no notice period. Your plan simply ends at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no security deposit.
• Virtual office: refundable until documents (NOC, agreement) are issued; not refundable after that.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

To cancel, WhatsApp or email us with your booking code. Bookings not paid or checked in on time are released automatically and are not charged.
